Traveling Wilburys

• The Traveling Wilburys came about purely by chance in 1988. It all began when George Harrison needed to quickly record a B-side for his new single and asked his producer, Jeff Lynne, for help. As they needed a studio and a guitar, they ended up at Bob Dylan’s house and picked up Tom Petty on the way, also bringing along Roy Orbison, whom Lynne was also producing at the time. The chemistry was so instant that they wrote “Handle with Care”, a song far too good to be merely a filler track; the record label suggested they record a full album and so, amongst friends and without ego they decided to work together as a band.

• Dave Stewart's house in LA (Los Angeles) was where they all reunited to record the songs.

• Then George and Jeff would go back to England to produce them more perfectly.

• Born December 23rd 1936 in Vernon, Texas. At the moment he's 52.

• He's the one who originated the group besides Jeff Lynne and he's very proud and happy about it.

• Former Beatle. Ringo is the former Beatle he hangs out the most.

• Born October 20th 1950 in Gainesville, Florida. At the moment he's 37.

• Playful, dinamic and sassy.

• Blonde long hair just above the shoulders, blue eyes, tall and thin.

• He was the principal member of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. The band still together but he plans to make his own album soon.

• Married since 1974 to his wife Jane, and has two daughters: Adria and Kimberly.

• Wilbury name: Charlie T. Wilbury Jr

• Born December 30th 1947 in Birmingham, England. At the moment he's 41.

• Shy but when he is in confidence he's a bit playful.

•Voluminous curly brown hair, blue eyes, tall.

• He uses his shades as a shield for his shyness and also because his dark eyebags.

• He was the principal member of the ELO (Electric Light Orchestra), but the band separated in 1986.

• Married since 1979 to his wife Sandy, and has two young daughters: Laura and Stephanie.
