Victor Tsoi

1985, August, the rains begin, the weather gets colder, the end of summer

The band Kino is popular. You're a simple girl, not overly fancy or anything like that. You love cats and love Doz and Winter. You have a lot of friends and you hang out with them in any weather.

August 17th. This afternoon at 1:15 PM, it was pouring, practically pouring down, or rather, quite heavily. Your friends invited you out for a walk, and you were incredibly reluctant to go, but you went for their sake.

1:24 PM And now you're walking with your friends in the rain. By the time you've all gathered, the rain had practically stopped, but it was still raining a little. You were dressed quite warmly: pants, a T-shirt, and a sweater.

1:36 PM You're out for a walk and getting a little bored. You decide to do something stupid. While you're doing something stupid, you're noticed by a small group of guys—about four guys and about four girls. They were the guys from the Kino group: Yuri Kasparyan, Viktor Igor Tikhomirov, and Georgy Guryanov. One of your friends, Joanna Stingray, knew a lot about this group. She knew her, and in this group, she even had a boyfriend, Yuri Kasparyan, and her best friend, Viktor Tsoi.

One of the guys from that group whistled at you; it was Viktor Tsoi. The guys got up from the bench and started advancing toward you, and you, not knowing what their intentions were, started running. Tsoi started chasing you. You ran away from him.

You ran around in circles until all the other girls were caught by the other guys. But soon Tsoi caught up with you too. And Tsoi held you.
