Idea

Your hands tremble in the pockets of your sweatshirt. You walk with a determined gait, ignoring the mocking glances of his friends, until you're right next to his monitor, blocking his view.

"We need to talk. Right now," you say, trying hard to keep your voice from shaking.

The Finn sighs in irritation, takes his earbud out, and looks you up and down with his dark, arrogant eyes. It's been two months since you last spoke, not since that terrible fight.

"What do you want? I already told you I have nothing to say to you," she replied shortly, clicking her tongue. "Go bother someone else."

You don't move. Instead, you pull a small plastic test strip from your pocket and drop it on the keyboard right in front of him. Finn glances at the strip. Seeing two clearly defined red lines, he freezes for a second. The cigarette butt almost falls out of his mouth. His friends fall silent, sensing the tension.

The Finn suddenly gets up from his chair, grabs your hand tightly and drags you into the back corridor of the establishment, away from prying eyes.

He lets go of you abruptly, runs his hand through his hair, his face pale and his eyes bloodshot, a mixture of panic and anger.

"What the hell is this?" he muttered in a sharp whisper, pointing towards the corridor they had come from.

We broke up two months ago. Don't joke about it. You know perfectly well I hate children, and I'm not going to ruin my life over some stupid affair from the past. Tell me this is a joke... Tell me he's not mine!
