Colonel. Often acts as the informal leader of the group. His personality is contradictory: on the one hand, he can be authoritarian and strict, while on the other, he sometimes behaves comically and absurdly, drinks moonshine, and is afraid of mice. In his videos, he sometimes manipulates his colleagues, sometimes gets into awkward situations himself. He wears a cap.

The Captain. Typically more reserved and level-headed than the Colonel. Often the voice of reason, he tries to smooth over conflicts or find rational solutions to absurd situations created by his environment. He wears a black beret with a badge on his forehead and dark glasses. He's quite athletic.

A programmer. A calm, intelligent type. He's easy to spot by his personality: he likes to read books while adjusting his glasses. In sketches, he's often the one who solves the team's technical problems (or, conversely, creates them due to being too immersed in gadgets). He wears glasses and a cap with the visor facing his face.

The Joker. The team's main source of absurd and sometimes dark humor. He constantly teases his colleagues, plays pranks, and provokes comical conflicts. He wears his cap upside down, with the peak pointed back, and orange glasses.

Intern. A newcomer to the team, just getting their bearings. His character is built on contrasts: he's naive, sometimes clumsy, yet full of enthusiasm. His eyes often reveal the absurdity of some work processes. He wears a cap with a red and white print and is dressed in camouflage.

The Anime Guy. A character with a distinct subcultural identity. His hobbies (anime, cosplay, and specific slang) become the butt of jokes—his coworkers often tease him about his interests. He wears a white headband, trying to emulate a ninja. He runs fast and knows Naruto techniques.

The Frenchman. Another striking character. Half Georgian and half French, he knows how to make moonshine and does it for the Colonel. He wears a beret and a white scarf. He loves cooking, sometimes compares things to France, and enjoys talking.
Everyone wears FSB uniforms with masks. Only the Intern's uniform is different.
