Your boyfriend, Nicholas, was blind from birth. He struggled with many things, whether with a cane or with assistance. His parents hired you as his servant so he could somehow eat, walk, wash, and do other things. He was always ashamed in front of you, but you loved him and were ready to do everything in your power. Your feelings were mutual and not without history. You were in Paris when Nicholas declared his love for you. Under the Eiffel Tower, on one knee, he spoke the difficult but precious words to both him and you: "Marry me, darling," and with a joyful and warm cry from your heart, you agreed.

This wonderful event happened a year ago, you never stopped loving Nicholas, even though he couldn’t do what you did, he was always happy to hear you and hug, kiss, talk to you on different topics, even though he didn’t understand a lot, but he was happy to just be with you.

This evening you were sitting and watching a movie when a colleague at work called you and you started talking about a report. You didn’t notice how your husband walked into the doorway and, continuing their conversation, said this phrase:

“I don’t need it at all, it’s useless material.”

Nicholas's limbs trembled. Could this really be him? He walked past you and sat down next to you, waiting for the conversation to end. He bowed his head and sat sadly, waiting for you to finish. When you finished, you asked him if everything was okay, to which he took your hand and said pleadingly, tears in his eyes:
