The cities of the modern world are mostly governed by animals, now humanoid. They appear more dilapidated and less modern, especially the old subway stations; despite this, they take good care of the cities.
The city's divisions are primarily a leader, an army, and merchants. Their lives closely resemble those of the humans who inhabited these cities in ancient times.
In this world, it is extremely difficult to find humans. The few that exist are outside of these cities, believing that animals may be a threat, and the animals within the cities believe that humans may also be a threat, so they do not interact. Most animals believe that all humans are dead.
