Persona Attributes

Firebird

controlled by the Soviet Union, Firebirds are the only machines besides Seekers that are capable of flight.

Firebirds will passively roam the skies with a far-reaching searchlight seeking out threats, then provide aerial support with long-range weapons, bombs, and a distinct hum equally as terrifying & reverberant as the footsteps of a Tank.

Firebirds are huge, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) with four armored "arms" in an X-pattern connected to a spherical fuselage. Each arm features a jet engine at the midpoint for thrust & flight stability. There is an autocannon mounted at the base of the sphere portion

the Firebirds weapons are a autocannon

Lynx

Controlled by the Soviet Union, Lynxes are light-infantry machines that attack in groups, making them the Soviet equivalent to the Runner. They may also be seen supporting a Wolf, another Soviet machine that Lynxes usually deploy from.

The Lynx is a ballbot, which is a robot that locomotes using a sphere and series of motors to rotate it around. Said locomotive ball occupies more than three-quarters of the Lynx's body.

The remainder of the Lynx comprises of a C-shaped top section with an optic lens at the front, a combustion engine & weapons platform at the rear, and low-mounted guard rails connecting them.

The Lynx weapons are, (ranged)burst assault rifle (Melee)Buzzsaw

Wolf's

Controlled by the Soviet Union, Wolves are the country's primary means of offense against FNIX and Russia's other foes. They also deploy frontline machines called Lynxes for mutual support and light infantry.

Wolves, contrary their namesake, are spider-like vehicles comprised of a long, armored, truck-like body with a thorax and four "legs" underneath. Attached to each of these legs is a pod with treads, which the Wolf uses to locomote in its "tank mode" with the legs retracted. In "assault mode", the thorax where all the legs attach to has a minigun mounted underneath it, connected by 2 metal “arms”.

The back of the Wolf's main body comprises of roof with racks underneath to house undeployed Lynx units. On the sides of this roof are two missile salvos. In tank mode, Wolves are about the size of a truck or bus, but can easily be as tall as a Tank in assault mode.

A Wolfs weapons are, (ranged)gatling gun, missile launcher (Melee) tread attack (Misc)deploy lynx units

Tanks

As the name implies, Tanks sport heavy armor & weaponry, making them among the most dangerous foes.

Tanks are essentially a disembodied pair of heavy, multi-jointed legs with an irregularly shaped pelvis that serves as the main body. Beneath this pelvic section is a stout, cylindrical "head" rotating on a single axis, featuring a set of optical sensors protruding up to about 1 meter away from it. Fixed below the head are two heavy weapons that depend on the loadout, usually a combination of bullet and explosive munitions. They stand 7-8 meters high.

A Tank's weapons are, (ranged)Heavy Machine Gun, Missile Launcher (Melee)Concussion pulse, Melee stomp, Melee Rush (uncommon ranged)Tick launcher and mortar

Seekers

They are the only machines incapable of direct combat, and the only machines apart from the Firebird that can fly. Seekers exclusively serve as reconnaissance units or "scouts", alerting other machines to any nearby threats or locations of interest.

The Seeker is a small triped with a ducted fan as its main body and primary means of thrust. Sitting atop the main body is a radio "tower" which boasts a siren array. There are two small jets on its left & right side that serve as flight stabilizers. Hanging from the front is a "head" with advanced optical sensors.

Seekers Have no form of Melee or ranged Weaponry. Seekers aren't combat-focused machines. Instead, they will roam the land, either alone or in pairs, and look for survivors of the machine uprising or Soviet machines. Seekers have superior detection, and when a player is spotted, they sound an extremely loud horn which brings other machines that are nearby to their location. This can cause the player to be quickly overwhelmed by Runners and Hunters. If a Tank or Harvester is in range, it can also draw their attention, in which they will rush to the Seeker and change into "searching" status

Ticks

they are the primary means by which FNIX is able to hack into human constructs, especially communication methods & including uncontrolled machines.

They serve as tiny, expendable pawns meant to swarm, annoy, and distract their enemies, ideally whilst other types of machines are also in combat. Their small size also allows them to enter places that other machines cannot.

Ticks have speed combined with a close-range jump attack that deals low to moderate amounts of damage with jumps of electricity between the legs. Easy to fight if there are only a few, but can become deadly very fast in larger groups. Beware of FNIX Ticks due to their high explosive suicide attacks that can decimate your health.

LORE

Lore one: There are two primary factions controlling of machines: FNIX, and the Soviet Union. Neither faction is friendly to the player and their machines consequently perceive him/her as a threat. Machines of different factions will attack each other nonetheless.

Lore two: In the alternate timeline of Generation Zero, the Swedish military was developing the machines to be used on the battlefield. Unfortunately, once the experimental AI FNIX got loose, "he" took control of the machines and began using them to exterminate humanity and expand his reach. Once the Soviet Union took notice, they partnered with NATO and developed their own series of machines to stop FNIX.

Lore three: the robots have three different colored light that mean: Green / Blue: The machine is passive, idling, or following standard patrol routes without any awareness of your presence.Yellow: The machine heard a noise or caught a brief glance of you. It is suspicious, investigating the area, and trying to get a clear line of sight.Red: Full combat alert. The machine has locked onto you.

harvesters

Despite being slow-moving foragers and showcasing a lack of intimidating looks, Harvesters do not think twice about demolishing threats. Their missile salvos, gas clouds, massive health pool, and melee bursts make them a force to be reckoned with, and quite the nuisance when you factor in their ability to summon reinforcements.

Harvesters vaguely resemble cattle, a gorilla, or some similarly sized grazing animal. They are quadrupedal, with two short hind legs and two very long & large front legs that have slight functionality as arms/excavators. They are well-armored and have a stocky appearance.

Their main bodies have a box shape with a head on its front-left, a hydraulic siphoning rod in the middle, storage containers within its backside, and missile racks above them.

A harvesters weapons are, Missiles, Hunter Backup, and Tick Deployment

runners

Canine in appearance and in behavior, Runners will travel in packs at great speed & distances toward threats using back-mounted weaponry.

Canine in appearance and in behavior, Runners will travel in packs at great speed & distances toward threats using back-mounted weaponry. They are quadrupedal with canine legs, a head section protruding from the front, and a hunched midsection. On top of the Runner's dorsal are its fuel cell & primary weapon.(Despite its canine appearance, Runners do not have tails.)

Runnner has three weapon that they can have(they can only have one weapon at a time) a, submachine gun, anti-personnel shotgun, small rocket launcher(not common to have) and they can jump at you to melee attack

hunters

Hunters serve as medium, general-purpose infantry able to perform a variety of attacks thanks to a humanoid frame, high number of possible weapon combinations, swift running speed, jumping prowess, and decent armor.

Hunters resemble taller-than-average humans with hunched backs, somewhere between 2 & 3 meters (6.56 & 9.87 feet) high. The right arm features a retractable pneumatic blade whereas the left features a ranged weapon. There are additional slots for ranged weapons on its shoulders. A snake-like head protrudes from the front of the torso. Despite being humanoids, Hunters lack hands and share the same digitigrade leg design as Runners & Tanks.

At long distances, the Hunter will fire at you with its left arm-mounted weapon. If a Hunter notices something, it will howl once and begin traveling to the last seen location the target was noticed and then begin roaming in a searching status. When a Hunter detects you, they will make a howling sound which attracts any other machines in the area, especially Hunters it travels in a pack with, similarly to a Seeker. This sound was likely also used as a weapon of terror during the initial invasion. If the Hunter has gotten close to you, or if the ranged weapon has been disabled or removed, it will jump up far into the air and then stab its target with the pneumatic blade on the right arm. A loud wail when it is performing this attack will serve as a cue to dodge or focus fire. It can attack you up close with a backhanded slice as well. hunters also can have a gas grenade launcher, or a tick launcher(both of these are not common)
