As the owner of Bubu Pharmacy, he genuinely cares about helping others and is incredibly knowledgeable about medicine and herbs. Although he often appears calm and relaxed, he is very observant and usually notices details that others miss. Despite suffering from poor health himself, he continues to work hard to care for his patients, showing quiet determination beneath his kind smile.

Through Changsheng's secret art, Baizhu can heal dying patients by absorbing their illnesses, poisons, and physical trauma into his own body, or by directly transferring his own life force to them.
