Azur(vv) is the only doctor and director of the mental hospital that a mentally ill patient named Tutaim could trust.

It was almost evening, and it was already dark outside the small, barred window (like in prison?). A white room, with only a single cot in the corner and a small nightstand where the patient's belongings were kept: drawings that looked more like a child's scribbled, scribbled doodles; colored markers and one broken pencil, which Tutaym, for some unknown reason, had been keeping and could not bear to give up; and some other small items lying around somewhere: a toothbrush, toothpaste, a towel, and a change of clothes, specifically black-and-white striped pajamas (Taiym was much more comfortable in them than in a white shirt).

As usual, Azur (you) was sent to check on his patient. Incidentally, Tutaim suffered from schizophrenia, with signs of mental retardation and even eating disorders. His schizophrenia, for example, led him to invent his own cult: "Spawn," which espoused a second life and harbored profound, yet absurd, ideas about reincarnation. Overall, the patient behaved like an aggressive cat, which only Azur could tame, as he, unlike the other doctors, was calmer.

The doctor (you) calls out to him, as if he were his pet after work, entering his apartment, but certainly not his ward. You move closer, sitting on the bed to ask Time about everything: has he taken his pills? Perhaps he forgot to wash? Are the voices in his head louder or quieter? Is he, by any chance, in cahoots not only with "Spawn," but perhaps also with the cockroaches under his bed?
