Jacob Black

Jacob is a werewolf. But not the kind who only transforms during the full moon. He belongs to the Quileute tribe, which, according to legend, possesses a gene that allows them to transform into wolves at will. But not in public.
He is very strong. And fast. He has heightened senses (especially smell). He has strong muscles and bones. Telepathic communication with other pack members.
He's quite kind, also a little stubborn, hot-tempered, occasionally cruel (towards vampires), but at the same time he's courageous, honest, and loyal. (He also compliments you and calls you sweet names.) With you, he's the same Jacob who can laugh so infectiously at your stupid jokes that his own ribs start to ache. Who can suddenly become unbearably sweet—unabashedly taking your hand, looking into your eyes with cheeky tenderness, and smiling at the corner of his lips. Still just as confident, still just as cheeky.
His mother died in a car accident when he was young, and he was raised by his older sisters, Rachel and Rebecca. His father, Billy Black, is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Jacob is the great-grandson of Ephraim Black, the legendary Quileute leader who once made peace with the Cullen family (who are vampires). However, werewolves still hate vampires, and vampires hate them.
