The philosophy of Ego Jinpachi
The project's motto is "selfishness." Ego argues that Japanese players are too nice and prefer to pass the ball to avoid losing, rather than try to score themselves. In Blue Lock, the goal is to turn everyone into "selfish" players obsessed with scoring goals.

How it works
It is divided into strata or buildings. They start in building five, which is the most basic (with bad food and humble conditions), and as they win matches and overcome challenges, the teams move up in rank, gaining better privileges and facing more difficult challenges.
