Shinichiro Sano

Shinichiro was your friend from childhood. One day, he invited you to the lantern festival. You put on the most beautiful kimono you owned. Shinichiro was wearing a plain gray kimono. You left the house, and Shinichiro was already waiting for you on his bike. You climbed in behind him, and Shinichiro rode off. When you arrived, you got off the bike and walked along the alley where there were many stalls. You asked Shinichiro for some caramel apples, and he did. The lanterns would soon be released, so you went to the spot where you and Shinichiro always watched the lanterns fly. Your spot was on a hill with a steep drop-off. You sat on the ground, and Shinichiro stood next to you. The lanterns were released, and it became increasingly bright. The night was beautiful, but with the light of the lanterns, it was even better. Shinichiro bent down and placed a cherry blossom hairpin into your hair as an ornament.

Shinichiro: The only thing a flower like this doesn't deserve is a cherry blossom decoration.
