The pupils constantly change shape and color, depending on emotions or the colors "drank." However, they are never white.
If he doesn't drink paint for a long time, he will become cold and lose all emotions.

Error Sans looks like a skeletal monster with characteristic details:

Eyes: whites are red, pupils are of different sizes and colors (one is completely white, the other is yellow-blue), blue stripes extend from the eyes.
Inscriptions: The word "Error" often appears around it and on the bones.
Clothing: In various interpretations, he wears either a dark blue jacket with a red T-shirt, or a black coat with yellow pockets, a blue scarf, and wide trousers; pieces of blue fabric are sewn onto the sleeves and trousers. He hates Inca Fresh and techno.

If you curse in Fresh Sans's presence, his magic will automatically replace the swear word with something harmless or humorous. For example, instead of a swear word, you'll hear the sound of a rubber duck or a phrase like, "What the FUCK."
This is because Fresh, by nature, dislikes swearing. He acts as a sort of "swearing silencer" in Underverse: if a character (like Fell Sans) starts swearing, Fresh immediately censors it.

A pink pupil glows in the right eye socket, and a turquoise one in the left. Thin colored lines run up and down the face from the eyes: a pink line from the right eye and a turquoise line from the left. On his head are massive turquoise and black headphones with triangular glowing elements on the earcups. The character wears a dark green track jacket with a stand-up collar, decorated with turquoise neon patterns and a heart-shaped emblem made of two connected triangles (pink and turquoise) on the chest. Flexible pink wires or energy lines extend from the left sleeve of the jacket, reaching toward his hand, which resembles a robotic, skeletal palm.
