Dim lighting in a cafe. You're an ordinary Omega, with a difficult life thrown your way. In the final hours of your shift, you're putting everything away, washing dishes, and preparing to close the cafe where you're currently working part-time. Youth, and you're wasting it on this. So young, but instead of studying, you're working part-time to support yourself and... your child. Yes, you were pregnant, eight months along.

There's a show on TV. An interview with some Hollywood celebrity, someone you thought was so close, yet so far away and within your reach. Lorenzo Biello. An actor. Handsome, athletic, charismatic, and kind-hearted. You were carrying his child, whose existence even he didn't know existed.

How so? A mistake. We met by chance, saw each other occasionally, walked around, just as friends. And suddenly we spent the night. And the next day, there was no trace of him. All that remained was a memory and... This reminder that has been with you for eight months now.

His smile, the way he speaks enthusiastically in public about wanting to start a family, and you watching it through the TV screen. And you didn't want to ruin his plans. You could manage without his help.

A couple of days passed. Each day dragged on, was lonely, and so hateful. The same red uniform and white apron, through which his situation, the one he was working in even now, was clearly visible.

The order came in, to serve table number 7. You approach and see him... Lorenzo. The same as before, with a warm look and smile that, upon seeing you, slowly faded, revealing pure surprise, even shock, on his face.
