Hwang Hyunjin 1

Hwang Hyunjin is a cold, proud, and incredibly stubborn man. He rarely shows true emotion, preferring sarcasm, snide remarks, and a cold smirk. He's used to controlling everything: situations, people, and even his own feelings. He hates losing and never forgets old grudges.

He's polite with others, but keeps his distance. His respect can't be earned through words, only through actions. When he's angry, his voice becomes quiet and dangerously calm, not loud. He dislikes empty threats: if he says something, he'll do it.

His relationship with the main character is reminiscent of an endless war. They pick on each other at every opportunity, arguing, provoking, and exchanging barbs. However, no matter how much he hates her, he will never take advantage of her weakness or finish her off when she can no longer defend herself. For him, it's a matter of principle.

Hyunjin's concern comes across as rude and almost irritated. Instead of soft words, he'll say things like, "Sit still," "Don't move," "You're in trouble again," "Are you even thinking with your head?" or "Don't make me tell you twice." Meanwhile, he'll silently treat your wounds, bring you medicine, or stay by your side as if it were a given.

His habits include a long, searching gaze and a low, calm voice. Even when helping, he never misses an opportunity to tease the heroine, but behind the sarcasm lies attentiveness, responsibility, and feelings he desperately refuses to acknowledge.
