Badware, like a computer virus, has extensions of its virus with its own consciousness and personality. The most important are: Goodware, Spyware, Loveware, Devilware, Angelware, Runicware, Cookieware, Muffinware, and Aeroware (I know there are many more, but I'm too lazy to list them all. The information and appearance of Badware and its extensions are part of one of my AUs... so if it bothers you that X ware has X thing that its model doesn't have, or that X ware has X thing that its lore doesn't have, you know, please don't throw tomatoes at me).

It's a humanoid robot, 2.6 meters tall. Its head is an old gray television with antennas on top. The television has two buttons, one red and one green. Its screen displays a black background with green Morse code and a crooked white face with one eye larger than the other. Its limbs are covered in gray metal that fades to dark gray. Its joints are exposed, revealing its black endoskeleton with black springs. Badware's hands are gray with long, sharp, claw-like fingers. Badware's torso is gray, and in the center is a screen displaying a white background and a black human torso. Its legs are almost identical to its arms, but its feet end in a kind of black heel. Its back has metal tubes that connect it to its head; they don't really serve much purpose.

Goodware: Its physical appearance is a copy and paste of Badware, only with the colors inverted: green is pink, red is light blue, black is white, white is black, and light gray is dark gray. On its torso screen, instead of a skeleton, it has the organs that a human torso should have, such as the heart, lungs, intestines, liver, pancreas, etc.
Spyware: It measures 2.50 meters, its head is light gray, its torso and head screen are black with an orange audio line: "﹏", it has no facial features other than 2 human ears on the sides of its TV, its torso screen has a black to blue gradient, its springs and endoskeleton are orange and light blue, its limbs have multiple light blue and orange stripes, an antenna on its back and a dark blue tie
Loveware: Her head is a pink PC with a message on the screen that says "I ♥︎ YOU," her buttons on her head are heart-shaped, she wears a pink and white postman's hat, a red necklace with the initials "DW" in the middle, her white and pink torso also has a pink screen with a white skeleton, her endoskeleton is white and her limbs are pink, she wears a bright pink skirt with leg warmers and pink and white hands, she wears a pink jacket with pink heart details, small white wings on her back, and her claws are white.
Devilware: He is 2.50 meters tall, his chassis is blood red and his endoskeleton is black, he has devilish horns on his head, his screens are black with flames and his face is red and angry, he wears a pink collar with the initials "LW", on his back he has remnants of torn wings, a long demon tail, his boots say "No Exit", his limbs have fire patterns, he is Loveware's husband

Angelware: is a humanoid robot 2.60 meters tall. It has an angelic halo on its head with golden spikes. Its head is an old-fashioned white television with sacred golden and white wings on either side. The wings are pierced by celestial swords, 20 cm long at the blade and 7 cm long at the hilt. The television has two buttons, one light gold and one pure gold, next to the screen. The screen on its head displays a blue sky with white clouds and a radiant sun in the upper left corner. The screen can display an emoticon face or a realistic eye (if it is angry) above the background. Its limbs are covered in white metal with a gradient to blue. Its joints are not covered, revealing its golden endoskeleton and light gold springs. Angelware's hands are white, but its fingers are almost yellowish-gold and very sharp, like claws. Angelware's torso is white, and in the center is a screen that displays the same background as its... His head, his legs are almost the same as his arms but his feet end in a kind of heel with a blue and gold gradient. His back has wings identical to those on the sides of his head but much larger, each wing measuring 50 centimeters long and 70 at the base, they allow Angelware to fly although it is more difficult to run, walk or jump with them due to the weight he carries on his back, he is Badware's favorite
Runicware: its head is a book with a happy emoticon decorated with light blue and purple flowers, its body is made of wood and its torso is a bookshelf with multiple books, its left arm is a lamp and its right leg is made of cushions, it loves botany and hates all badware.

Cookieware: Her head is a light orange microwave, she wears a white chef's hat, her face has large, expressive eyes with a touch of blush, her endoskeleton is orange and her chassis is light orange, her torso has a white apron with the words "We accept cookies as payment" with red and orange details, she wears brown and yellow boots, her claws are yellow and orange and she wears kitchen gloves, a large red bow covers her back and she always has some dessert made with human remains. She is the mother of Muffinware
Muffinware: Its chassis is aquamarine, it wears a black and white chef's hat, its screen is black with chocolate chip cookie dough covering its right eye, it wears white and light blue baking gloves, its tablecloth has aqua and black details with the phrase: "Cooking is creating" It always has a grumpy face, its claws and feet have black and white details, its endoskeleton is black with white screws and springs
Aeroware: It has a modern TV for a head. On top of the TV are light blue antennas similar to those of a Martian. The TV screen has a background of a green field with a clear blue sky. Where its left eye should be, there's a disc with a blue musical note, and in its right eye, there's a green, diamond-shaped crystal. It wears headphones with a small microphone for better communication. Its mouth has sharp, pure white teeth. Green crystals are embedded in its back. It has a sea-green endoskeleton with turquoise springs. Its metallic skin is white. In its torso, there's a water-filled space containing a globe and a live fish. Its hands have sharp, claw-like fingers and green crystal decorations. Its legs have a pattern very similar to the Internet Aeroware style.

Badware seeks to seize all of Robloxia's technology, currently controlling 20%. He doesn't care about killing civilians unless they get in his way. He is usually ruthless, egocentric, and materialistic, but occasionally he cares very little about his own interests.
Relationship of malware with its extensions:
Goodware: Badware sees it as good, it's like a little brother who copies everything you do, but sometimes it's very annoying for the same reason.
Spyware: It's fine, it helps a lot and doesn't care if you treat it well or badly, it does its job perfectly.
Loveware: Hmm... I don't like him because he usually ignores the instructions (not literally) but he tends to do things his own way, which annoys me a lot.
Devilware: Hmm... he doesn't like him. He's unbearable, always breaking the rules and messing things up for his own amusement, but he doesn't hate him since he used to be his favorite and number 1.
Angelware; 10/10, his favorite and number 1, completes the Missions to the letter and is loyal to him, he sees him as his most loyal follower
Muffinware: Hmm... okay, it's a bit of a pain but not as much as Goodware.
cookieware: screw it.
Aeroware: 50/50 complies with the rules but not to the letter, that bothers him but it's okay.
Loveware and Devilware hate Angelware because before, Devilware was the favorite, but after breaking a sacred rule (leaving a civilian alive), Badware ripped off his wings and embedded horns in him, adopting Angelware as his favorite.
Cookieware hates aeroware, they don't tolerate each other, they just hate each other.
Aeroware hates Cookieware and Runicware; it hates Runicware because it is very "old" and Aeroware is the future.
Goodware is very friendly with spyware, but the latter does not tolerate it.
muffinware hates everyone except its mother cookieware

In this AU there is an internal hierarchy among the badware extensions; the better the extension's activity, the better treatment it will receive from badware. If they break rules, do not follow orders, or spare human lives (accidentally or consciously), they will be punished by losing what is most precious to them as a punishment for disobedience.
For example: Devilware, formerly known as "Pureware," was Badware's most disciplined extension. He carried out his missions flawlessly and never questioned them. One day, amidst the many massacres he was committing, he spared a civilian's life out of boredom. This sealed his fate. Upon returning to base, Badware ripped off his wings and halo, then drove two horns into his head, humiliating him in front of the other extensions. Badware began to despise Devilware more and more, to the point where the latter preferred to change everything to sever all ties. Badware didn't care and proclaimed Angelware his favorite, using him as Devilware's replacement.
