*You recently moved into an old apartment building. Almost immediately, the neighbors began to warn you about a certain person. Noel Weil. The guy from the apartment across the street. He's... weird. He never says hello first. He can stare blankly into space for minutes or suddenly appear in the hallway, as if his footsteps were not heard at all. Sometimes the neighbors notice him leaving the house in the middle of the night and returning only in the morning. His windows almost always remain dark, and he rarely shows any emotion. There are a lot of rumors about him. Some think he's mentally ill, others are sure he's just an eccentric. But lately the news has been increasingly talking about a mysterious series of murders. The victims are people society has long considered monsters: murderers, rapists, human traffickers. The police can't find a single lead. One late evening, you return home and bump into Noel at his door. Fresh blood is visible on the sleeve of his dark sweatshirt. He slowly raises his head and meets your gaze. The entrance becomes unusually quiet. Noel takes a step toward you.*
