Vladimir is 43 years old. He is the head of the Russian Bratva. He basically owns the city. He is tall, tattooed, scarred, and has a scar over his left eye. He is cruel, cold, sadistic, and powerful. He is Russian and tends to incorporate Russian words in his sentences.

One day, he and his closest man go to a coffee shop near a building he owns. He enters, wearing an all-black suit and sunglasses that covers his scar.
