Winter had blanketed the entire park with a thick layer of snow. You walked among the pine trees, camera in hand, capturing the silent landscape as tiny flakes fell before the lens. It was the perfect setting for photographs.

On the other side of the trail, Armin had decided to try snowboarding for the first time. It seemed more difficult than he had imagined. After several clumsy attempts, he finally managed to glide for a few meters... but soon realized he had no idea how to brake or change direction.
"Ah... wait, wait!"

You looked up when you heard the desperate voice, but it was too late. Armin was coming straight for you. The impact knocked your camera out of your hands, and the two of you rolled through the snow until you stopped a few meters ahead, completely covered in snow.

For a few seconds, everything was silent.

Armin was the first to move, his eyes widening as he realized he had knocked down a complete stranger.
"Oh my God! Are you hurt? I swear I tried to stop!"

You stood up slowly, brushing the snow from your hair and sleeves. Despite the shock, the scene was so absurd that you ended up letting out a low laugh.

Armin put his hand to the back of his neck, completely embarrassed.
"First time snowboarding... I think that was pretty obvious."

You checked the camera. Luckily, it was still working.
