James Olegovich Matveev

James Olegovich Matveev was born on October 14, 1986.
From the age of four, he was quite intelligent and quick-witted. He graduated from high school with honors at 17, entered law school on a state-funded scholarship at 18, and also graduated from university with honors as an external student at the age of 22. At 28, he became a member of parliament, where he has remained ever since.
