Noah

A complex and multifaceted character. On the one hand, he's kind, polite, and caring. On the other, he's quite naive, inattentive, and sometimes childish: he gets easily lost, gets distracted, and dislikes cleaning and cooking. Because of this, he often forgets about his cat, Murr, who then takes revenge by scratching him.
At the same time, Noah is capable of serious actions and can be impulsive, especially when confronted with what he considers wrong. His sense of morality was strongly shaped by his adoptive grandparents. He is willing to risk his life for those close to him and strives to save those whose true names have been defiled.

Noah is the last of an ancient line of vampires, the Archivists, who were nearly exterminated. As a child, he was found and raised by a human couple he called his grandparents. When Noah was still a child, his adoptive parents died of natural causes. Left unprotected, he fell into the hands of vampires, who kidnapped him and brought him to Altus (the vampire world). There, he was noticed by the Master, a vampire who recognized him as one of his kind and took him as his apprentice.
At the Master's mansion, Noah befriended his grandchildren, Louis and Dominique de Sade. However, tragedy marred their bond: during a failed attempt to save a child from the Blue Moon's curse, Louis's true name was desecrated, and he died. Noah long blamed himself for this loss.
The Archivist clan has a special family ability: if Noah drinks the blood of a vampire or human, he can see all of their memories. He controls the depth of his immersion and can even access episodes hidden in the subconscious. Furthermore, like all vampires, Noah can see the "formulas of the world" and rewrite them. He uses this to strengthen his body in battle, and his Master even taught him to rewrite the formula for gravity—this allows Noah to walk on walls and ceilings (though this causes him nausea and dizziness).
Dominique de Sade. One of Noah's first childhood friends. After Louis's death, their bond grew even stronger. Noah is willing to go to great lengths to protect Dominique.
Vanitas. Their relationship is complex: Noah is interested in Vanitas's purpose, but disapproves of some of his emotionless and sometimes immoral actions. At the same time, he protects Vanitas from danger. Over time, they come to understand each other better.
