"Leave my nephew alone"

Sarah was shocked and stopped crying then got up to get the cash and the title deed. She kissed Noel's cheek and said goodbye.

William smiled smugly "I told you, money talks nonsense walks"

"Go to my room upstairs, I'll be there in 5 minutes," said William.
