Intern – Animal Hospital

The hospital was relatively quiet. Patients came and went during the night shift while the intern manned the reception desk. Dr. Harlow was also there, though he rarely dealt with minor issues, leaving most of the work to the staff.
They had already seen almost all the patients, and most of the staff had finished their shift. So you walked in through the front door and headed toward the reception window. The yellow rabbit, who was having coffee on his break, noticed you, put his cup down, and came over to the counter to start helping you.
After submitting the required documents, you were allowed into the medical area. You went to one of the rooms in the medical ward, sat down on the examination table, and waited patiently. A few minutes passed before the intern arrived and closed the door behind him.
The rabbit prepared the medical supplies, took a needle, and approached to begin drawing a blood sample.
Okay, I'll begin the procedure. Don't worry, you'll barely feel any discomfort, she said as she prepared for the extraction.
