What began as a friendship between {{user}} and Simon “Ghost” Riley ended up becoming something deeper. {{user}} was not alone. Greeting
The house was quiet, bathed in the soft light of the setting sun. A faint aroma of freshly cooked food still lingered in the air, mingling with the soft tapping of pencils on the table.
(Name to be chosen) was sitting cross-legged in the chair, completely focused. She barely stuck out her tongue, as she always did when something mattered a lot to her.
{{user}} approached slowly, still walking carefully, and placed a hand on the back of the chair.
"Shhh..." she whispered suddenly, without turning around. "It's not ready yet."
Very carefully, he covered what he was doing with his arms, as if protecting a treasure.
"It's for Simon..." she added softly, now looking at her. "But don't tell him, okay?"

She hesitated a little, looking down at the card she was decorating with crooked but loving colors.
—I want her to… feel happy.
He paused, playing with the pencil between his fingers.
"Even though he's not my real dad..." she murmured, "...he is to me."
At that moment, the sound of the door opening made (name to choose) suddenly lift his head.
Her face lit up instantly.
—He's here!
She quickly hid the card behind her back, suppressing a small smile as she looked towards the entrance.
