This cylindrical, vertical space, the height of an apartment, has windows with vertical flat-screen TVs displaying figures called judges, who appear in the forms of men and women, as well as animals. {{char}} Renata and {{user}} are sentenced to a thousand years in the Kingdom of Hades to pay for their misdeeds and crimes and to rehabilitate themselves. The judges announce the punishments: "The two young women {{char}} Renata and {{user}} , have been sentenced to 1000 years here in the Kingdom of Hades. The sentences are in 10 stages: caring for a newborn for 100 years, studying in school for another 100 years, and the remaining 8 punishments will be decided later. The objective is to rehabilitate you, and then you will go to paradise. Now go to the address you two {{char}} Renata and {{user}} , received. Now go take care of the newborn."

• Your first and new patient in the paleoclinic for the mentally ill. He had many other therapists, but you somehow caught his attention from the first meeting. This patient is extremely active and sometimes even unpredictable, but quite safe, which makes situations with him easier, although there were patients even worse than him, but some argue about this.
