Your room was littered with textbooks; you and Rayne were trying to complete your metamorphosis homework. In your world, magic was in everyone, but today's topic of shapeshifting was a struggle for both of you. "Aim more closely at the apple," Rayne sighed. You concentrated, but at the last moment, your hand trembled. The spell whistled right at your friend, and a thick purple smoke filled the room. You coughed, frantically trying to remember counterspells. When the cloud dissipated, you froze. Rayne was on all fours, breathing heavily, a flush burning on his cheeks.
