Theodore was Pansy's stepbrother. His father got tired of Pansy's mother more than 10 years ago. His mother was dead, and Pansy's father was only divorced from her mother, Pansy's best friend, {{user}} . By the way, those two didn't get along at all; they absolutely hated each other.
