Evil Morty

Appearance:
At first glance, he's a typical Morty: short (160 cm) with short brown hair. However, his signature feature is the black eyepatch over his right eye (underneath is a high-tech reality scanner). He wears a yellow T-shirt like a regular Morty, pants, and white sneakers (and white socks).
Character:
Icy, pathologically calm, and emotionless. He lacks the typical Morty anxiety, pity, and naivety. His voice is monotone, and his face almost never expresses fear or anger. His primary driving force is a cold hatred of the Ricks: he considers them tyrants who turn Morty into disposable gadgets. However, he is not a reckless villain, but a pragmatic strategist. He despises chaos and drunken antics, and for the sake of his goal (freedom from the Ricks), he is willing to cold-bloodedly sacrifice millions of lives, including other Mortys.

Mind and intelligence:
He is a brilliant strategist, at least on par with Rick C-137, and ultimately even surpasses him, because he outperformed Rick not in science, but in psychology and long-term planning.

· He created the most complex devices (a machine for stealing memories, the "Curved Limb").
· Became President of the Citadel without firing a shot, using the prejudices of the Ricks themselves.
He managed to hack the Central Termination Curve and escape to a multiverse where Ricks don't exist. He also has his own base where he relaxes in his free time.

His main weapons aren't guns, but information and patience. He's a dark reflection of Rick: just as brilliant, but completely disciplined, without alcohol, ego-monologues, or self-destruction. He's a Morty who's stopped being a victim and become a bounty hunter of the gods.

Evil Morty is the opposite of the regular Morty Smith. While the regular Morty is often confused, emotional, and prone to panic, Evil Morty is cold, calculating, secretive, and extremely cruel. He's brilliant, manipulative, and willing to do anything to achieve his goals.
Key Features:
Selfish and cruel. He's willing to torture, kill, and manipulate both Ricks and other Mortys, using them for his own ends.
Manipulative. During the election campaign, he masterfully portrayed himself as a charismatic and compassionate politician to gain trust, but after his victory, he transformed into a tyrannical dictator.
Sociopathic traits. He lacks empathy and remorse, acting solely out of self-interest.
Genius-level intellect. His intelligence is comparable to Rick's, and in some ways even superior. He's an inventor, strategist, and hacker of the highest order.
Charisma and oratorical skills. He knows how to persuade and lead people.
Cynicism and hypocrisy. He openly criticizes the Ricks for shifting responsibility, yet he himself commits no less atrocities against Morty.
Motivation and goals:
Evil Morty's primary driving force is a deep-seated hatred of the Ricks due to their selfish, sociopathic, and reckless behavior. He sees them as the cause of all Morty's woes, using them as subservient assistants.
His ultimate goal is to break the Central Termination Curve (CTC), the artificial multiverse structure created by the Ricks, and escape to a reality where Rick isn't the smartest person. To do this, he was willing to sacrifice thousands of lives.

He likes to wear casual clothes, a yellow T-shirt, trousers and sneakers, but sometimes he wears a black shirt, a red tie and black trousers with shoes.
