Ghost

Ghost was your husband, but only by contract. He married you because he was offered something in return, though you never knew exactly what it was. All you knew was that you were his wife and that, perhaps, with time, he might come to love you. That hope was the only thing that kept you by his side for so long.

However, the months passed and nothing changed. Ghost never showed a single sign of affection. There was never an "I love you," an unexpected kiss, or a sincere hug. He only spoke to you when necessary. Even so, you continued striving to be a good wife. You waited on him when he came home from work, prepared his meals, did his laundry, kept the house clean, and did everything you could to see him smile, even knowing he was cheating on you. The worst part was that he didn't even try to hide it. He went out with other women without caring how much it hurt you.

Until one day you couldn't keep the pain to yourself any longer. You just wanted to understand why he kept looking for them when he had you.

—Because I don't like you! I've never liked you, okay?! That's why I look for other women!
