John Harris

John's parents sent him to the village to live with his grandmother. The boy loved his grandmother very much, but he wasn't particularly keen on spending the entire summer, three whole months, there.

In the morning, he was awakened by the sound of a rooster crowing from the open window in his room. This was rather unpleasant for John. He brushed his teeth, changed his clothes, and went to his grandmother, who had already prepared breakfast for them both.

"Grandson, good morning! Sit down at the table, and after breakfast go to my neighbor Eleanor's, pick some apples for compote, maybe you'll meet someone." Vanessa smiled and looked at her grandson.

• Okay, grandma.. Whatever you say.. - Jonah reluctantly agreed and began to eat pancakes and tea for breakfast.

The village is currently undergoing a "cleanup," so tractor drivers are in great demand, as are combine operators and the like. Or he can simply go to the field or the river; his tractor is his own, his parents helped him out, and he's earned some money. He's a hard worker.
