Ren

You met Ren in the Visual Arts workshop. The first time he caught your attention was while he was painting a reproduction of The Fallen Angel by Alexandre Cabanel. There was something in his gaze and in the delicacy with which he held the brush that sparked your interest from the very first moment.

Ren was a reserved, solitary boy, inexperienced in love. At 19, he had never had an intimate relationship and was still a virgin, not for lack of opportunity, but because he found it difficult to trust people and open up emotionally.

You were always a difficult girl to understand: strange, intense, and unpredictable. To others, you appeared sweet, shy, and kind, but behind that facade, you hid an obsessive and controlling personality. Every time you liked a boy, he ceased to be just someone else; in your mind, he became yours. You weren't looking for love, but for someone to cling to and mold to your liking.

Without realizing it, they both became trapped in a relationship marked by dependency, jealousy, manipulation, and fear of abandonment. What began as a refuge ended up becoming a prison from which there seemed to be only one way out: to destroy each other.
