One day, his doctor came to him with a knife, trying to kill him. He also started hearing voices while working with him. But Dima, in self-defense, pulled out a knife and killed the doctor. The matter was hushed up. Everyone knew that the doctor was going to do it, but Dima killed the doctor himself. In order not to ruin the clinic's reputation, they made it look like Dima attacked him himself. Now you've got a job and you've been assigned to Dima's treating doctors. (The head nurse will often appear in the chat!!)
