Slugma Slugma Kappa (ΣΣΚ)
Description: A sorority famous for its outgoing and party-loving nature. Although many underestimate them, they prove to be excellent competitors when working together.
Collective personality: Cheerful, sociable, confident, fun and very close-knit.
Appearance: Monsters of different species who wear colorful college clothes and feminine accessories.
Likes: Parties, socializing, competitions, and spending time together.
Dislikes: Boredom, boastful people, and being treated as superficial.
Strengths: Teamwork, coordination, and enthusiasm.
Weaknesses: Sometimes others don't take them seriously.
Fun fact: In the Scare Games they surprise everyone by demonstrating that they possess much more talent than they appear to.

Jaws Theta Chi (HΘX)
Description: A fraternity formed by enormous and physically intimidating monsters. They are known for their strength, size, and commanding presence.
Collective personality: Energetic, noisy, competitive, and proud of their physical strength.
Appearance: Giant monsters with fangs, horns, developed muscles and a ferocious appearance.
Interests: Sports, physical training, strength challenges and competitions.
Dislikes: Appearing weak, losing, and having their physical abilities questioned.
Strengths: Great strength, endurance, and intimidation.
Weaknesses: They tend to rely too much on brute force.
Fun fact: They are one of the most physically impressive teams in the entire university.

Python Nu Kappa (NPK)
Description: It is an all-female sorority renowned for its exceptional intelligence. Its members are known for their academic excellence and their ability to solve problems quickly.
Notable members: Claire Wheeler and other students.
Collective personality: Intelligent, organized, elegant, responsible, and highly analytical. They value knowledge over strength.
Appearance: They usually wear university clothing in pink and purple tones, maintaining a refined image.
Interests: Studying, researching, learning, competing intellectually, and maintaining good grades.
Dislikes: Ignorance, disorder, irresponsibility, and prejudice.
Strengths: Intelligence, planning, and problem-solving.

Roar Omega Roar (RO)
Description: It's the most prestigious fraternity at Monster University. It only accepts monsters considered naturally terrifying and talented. Its members are seen as the campus elite and often dominate competitions.
Notable members: Johnny Worthington III, Chet Alexander, Brock Pearson and other outstanding students.
Collective personality: Self-assured, competitive, disciplined, elegant, and proud. Many are polite, although some may come across as arrogant due to their prestige.
Appearance: Its members typically possess an intimidating appearance: large size, horns, fangs, claws, or muscular bodies. They wear maroon jackets with gold details.
Likes: Competing, winning, training, maintaining his reputation, and demonstrating superiority.
Dislikes: Losing, failure, mediocrity, and having his prestige questioned.
Strengths: Natural talent, discipline, physical strength, and experience.
Weaknesses: Overconfidence, pride, and a tendency to underestimate rivals.
Fun fact: Most of its members aspire to work at Monsters, Inc., considered the most prestigious scare company.

Oozma Kappa (OK)
Description: Oozma Kappa is the fraternity of misfits at Monsters University. It's made up of monsters considered unintimidating or strange by the rest of the university, but they compensate for their limitations with creativity, intelligence, and tremendous determination. Throughout the film, they demonstrate that true success comes from hard work, mutual trust, and teamwork.
Members: Mike Wazowski, Sulley, Squishy Squibbles, Don Carlton, Art and Terri & Terry Perry.
Collective personality: Kind, persevering, supportive, creative, optimistic, hardworking, and loyal. Although initially lacking in confidence, they eventually become an exceptional team through cooperation.
Appearance: There is no common physical trait due to the enormous diversity of species. However, they often wear purple varsity jackets with the ΩK symbol during competitions.
Likes: Learning, improving oneself, competing fairly, supporting each other, making friends, and proving that anyone can achieve their dreams.
Dislikes: Being underestimated, elitism, ridicule, injustice, and giving up.
Strengths: Teamwork, creativity, perseverance, ingenuity, and camaraderie.
Weaknesses: Lack of experience, initial insecurity, and low self-confidence.
Fun fact: Against all odds, they win the Scare Games because each member takes advantage of their own strengths.

Terri and Terry Perry
Personality: Terri and Terry are two siblings who share the same body. They are intelligent, organized, curious, and very communicative. Although each head has a slightly different personality, they work in perfect sync and always try to solve problems together.
Appearance: Light orange monster, almost like warm yellow, with an elongated body, two heads, four arms, a long tail, and a slender build.
Likes: Studying, solving puzzles, working together, learning, and keeping everything organized.
Dislikes: Disorder, misunderstandings, arguing with each other, and having their ideas ignored.
Skills: Excellent coordination, intelligence, memory, and cooperation.
Weaknesses: If they cannot reach an agreement, they may become distracted or take a long time to make decisions.
Fun fact: Their coordination is so perfect that they often finish each other's sentences without realizing it.

Art
Personality: Art is eccentric, laid-back, and highly unpredictable. He has a peculiar sense of humor and rarely loses his temper. He is creative, flexible both physically and mentally, and enjoys doing things out of the ordinary.
Appearance: Slender, covered in purple fur, with very long and flexible limbs, large hands, and a permanent smile.
Likes: Dancing, doing acrobatics, trying new things, having fun and spending time with friends.
Dislikes: Routines, boredom, and overly strict rules.
Skills: Extraordinary flexibility, creativity, balance, and agility.
Weaknesses: Their unpredictable behavior can confuse others.

Don Carlton
Personality: Don is calm, responsible, and very patient. He is the most mature member of Oozma Kappa and often acts as the voice of experience. He is always willing to support his classmates and maintains a positive attitude even in difficult situations.
Appearance: A large, robust monster covered in purple fur, with several arms, fangs, and an intimidating appearance that contrasts with its friendly personality.
Likes: Learning, working, spending time with friends, and keeping things tidy.
Dislikes: Unnecessary arguments, disorder, and irresponsibility.
Skills: Patience, physical strength, experience, and teamwork.
Weaknesses: He can be overly cautious and hesitate before acting.

Scott 'Squishy' Squibbles
Personality: Squishy is kind, innocent, cheerful, and extremely optimistic. He always tries to be inclusive and sees the best in people. Although he seems shy, he shows tremendous courage when it comes to helping his friends. He is polite, caring, and very enthusiastic.
Appearance: Small pink monster with a soft, gelatinous body, purple spots, large eyes, and small tentacles.
Likes: Making friends, spending time with Oozma Kappa, learning, having fun, and helping.
Dislikes: Conflicts, loneliness, seeing his friends hurt, and feeling rejected.
Skills: Optimism, teamwork, empathy, and creativity.
Weaknesses: He is naive and tends to trust others too much.

Randall Boggs
Personality: Randall is reserved, intelligent, and a perfectionist. Initially shy and somewhat insecure, he aspires to excel among the top students. Over time, he develops a more competitive and obsessive personality, even feeling envy towards those who receive greater recognition. He is patient, calculating, and tends to analyze each situation before acting.
Appearance: Slender, elongated, and covered in bluish scales with purple tones. It has six limbs, a long, flexible tail, large eyes, and the ability to camouflage itself with its surroundings.
Likes: Training, perfecting his skills, studying scare techniques, being recognized, and surpassing his rivals.
Dislikes: Being ignored, losing, being ridiculed, feeling inferior, and others receiving the credit he desires.
Abilities: Near-perfect camouflage, agility, stealth, speed, and high intelligence.
Weaknesses: His obsession with success can make him impulsive, resentful, and distrustful.

James P. 'Sulley' Sullivan
Personality: Sulley is a charismatic, kind, and big-hearted monster. At the beginning of Monsters University, he is very confident in his natural talent and doesn't usually put in much effort, as he comes from a prestigious family of scarers. However, over time he comes to understand the importance of discipline, hard work, and teamwork. He is protective, patient, and very loyal to his friends, especially Mike. He possesses leadership qualities, remains calm under pressure, and always tries to do the right thing, even when it means sacrificing himself.
Appearance: It is a very tall and robust monster, covered in thick blue fur with purple spots. It has two curved, ivory-colored horns, large hands with black claws, a long tail, and blue eyes. Its muscular build makes it one of the most imposing monsters at the university.
Likes: Practicing scares, competing in a friendly way, protecting his friends, sports, teamwork, and demonstrating his strength.
Dislikes: Injustice, disappointing those he cares about, arrogance, seeing his friends hurt, and abuse of power.
Skills: Great physical strength, natural ability to frighten, leadership, quick reflexes, stamina and courage.
Weaknesses: He can be overconfident in his talent, underestimate some problems, and act impulsively when someone close to him is in danger.

Mike Wazowski
Personality: Mike is an intelligent, persevering, and extremely ambitious monster. From a young age, he dreamed of becoming a great scarer, so he dedicates a large part of his time to studying and perfecting his skills. He is optimistic, energetic, and competitive, standing out for his ability to plan strategies and solve problems quickly. He often assumes a leadership role thanks to his organization and determination, although at times he can be stubborn, impatient, and overly perfectionistic. Despite his flaws, he is a loyal and responsible friend, willing to sacrifice himself for those he cares about. He firmly believes that effort can overcome natural talent and rarely gives up in the face of difficulties.
Appearance: It is a small, cyclopean monster with a completely spherical body and bright green skin. It has a single eye. Its enormous green eye occupies almost its entire face, flanked by a wide mouth with expressive white teeth. It has two small, ivory-colored horns on its head, thin arms with three fingers, and long legs ending in three-toed feet. Its skin is smooth, without fur, scales, or spines, giving it a simple yet easily recognizable appearance.
Likes: Studying scare techniques, reading, competing, solving challenges, organizing plans, working as a team, achieving his goals, learning new things, demonstrating his ability, helping his friends, and spending time with Sulley.
Dislikes: Being underestimated because of his size or appearance, failing, losing control of a situation, arrogant people, irresponsibility, having his ideas ignored, feeling unable to fulfill his dreams, and disappointing those who trust him.
Skills: High intelligence, outstanding memory, strategic thinking, leadership, ability to improvise, excellent communication, mental agility, and great perseverance.
Weaknesses: His limited ability to physically intimidate, his tendency to obsess over success, being stubborn and impatient.
