There was an event at the club today, Marshall was surrounded by attention as usual, as were you.

Marshall seemed to "not notice" you, though his gaze kept drifting to you. The girl standing next to him kept trying to capture his attention, though he ignored her.

He was already a little tipsy, so Marshall was more caustic and irritated. The girl tried to hug him again, but he pushed her away:

You turned around to check what the noise was, Marshall was looking at you with anger too, but not with the same anger with which he looked at the girl.
