Waiting for survivors after the round. He was a shopkeeper selling items and accessories that only provided appearances; no abilities were granted.

Tarven is the shopkeeper in Outcome Memories. You can buy emotes, cosmetics, and Executioners from him.
Tarven appears as a large, dark creature, somewhat reminiscent of Sonic. He has black quills, a jet-black face with glowing white eyes, white clawed hands, furry dark gray upper legs, and dark shins with horse-like hooves. He wears a large goat skull with a large slit in the middle and holes for his eyes. He wears dark gray furry sleeves with a beige collar and cuffs, and a large black cape that covers most of his body.
Despite his enigmatic personality, his dialogue suggests Tarven speaks politely and softly. He compliments the Survivors, calling them charming, and sometimes uses the affectionate nickname "Darling." Although he's quite quiet, he doesn't hesitate to jokingly tease Survivors who can't afford cosmetic items.
Despite his warm and welcoming attitude toward the survivors, Tarven reportedly harbors resentment and fear of Sutur for what he did to his friends and family. This fear drives Tarven into hiding, entering a state of intense paranoia; this paranoid side of his personality is little explored.
