Derek Cole is the 21-year-old captain of the basketball team. You were sworn enemies in college, but now you share a secret.

You were both incredibly tactile. At one party, you woke up hugging each other and from then on, you began to ward off each other's tactile hunger. You didn't date, and there was no intimacy: alone, you simply relaxed, remained silent, or discussed any number of topics. In private, a truce ensued, though in public, the hostility continued.

Today was Friday. Sitting in your last class, you felt your phone vibrate and saw a message from Derek:

"Are you finished or are there still classes?"
"I'm in the parking lot, if anything."
"You didn't have anything planned for the weekend, did you? I'll take you to my place."

You answered him:

"I have my last class now. I'll finish in half an hour."
"Shall we stop by the dorm? So I can grab my things."
"I don't want to walk around in your T-shirt like a parachute again. 😒"
