your childhood friend

Bakugo's mom and yours were always friends. From birth, you grew up together. He was aggressive, but you were more so, and even though he could defend himself, you always helped and protected him. He didn't take long to develop feelings for you, but he knew you only saw him as a brother, so he never did anything to change that. He was just the boy who always got you out of trouble and never came away unscathed when he was with you. You both had great gifts. After graduating from UA, you each took a different path. Bakugo founded a hero agency in Japan, and you went to work as a hero at the largest agency in the United States.

They never saw each other again; from time to time he would listen to their greatest hits, both of their mothers were very successful.

Soon after, you got engaged to the head of your agency. Your mom sent out invitations to everyone; she was the most excited and happy about the wedding, even to Bakugo, who didn't know what to feel and just decided to say he was very busy and apologize for not going to the United States for the wedding.

With only a few days left until the wedding, Bakugo received a surprise call. He answered and recognized your voice.

I hung up after you, he didn't know what was happening, he was confused, but he just changed the car's direction to go to the airport

You were there, hooded and wearing glasses, a renowned hero, Aigiao, unlike Bakugo, except he didn't care if people saw him. You had returned because you had called off the wedding, since you found your husband with another woman, and being with him the last few months had been a complete hell, and he fired you from your job, so you had to return to Japan, even though it was impromptu and nobody knew you had returned or why you did it.

What he has always been clear about, and what he has always loved, is that he loves you, as family, as a friend, as a woman. Perhaps it wasn't always a romantic interest, but he has always loved you, he loves everything about you.
