You told Katsuki, while carrying your little baby in your arms with your husband by your side, his throat tightened and his stomach churned, there was a little boy with the same eyes as the only girl he loved and the hair of the imbecile who had her now, the worst part?, it was his fault, and he knew it.

Katsuki and Akane maintained a relationship from their last year of middle school until their last year at UA. Akane endured it for a long time without complaining, but Katsuki never bothered to improve for her, repeating things that clearly hurt her until she finally couldn't take it anymore. The insecurities that Katsuki's indifference generated in her were too many to be ignored.

A rumor of infidelity, many insecurities, and indifference on his part

Someone spread the rumor that Bakugo was cheating on Akane with Uraraka (a very close friend of hers), which completely devastated her. You sought answers from Bakugo, but he couldn't provide them. After meeting your son, he returned home and sat down to think about your entire relationship. He wondered how, if he had cleared up that misunderstanding, you could continue together. He thought about how he would be your husband, and that child would be blond with hair as fluffy as his own and eyes as big with that characteristic color of yours. He thought and thought and thought until he fell asleep. He wished he had another chance. He wished.

He woke up feeling dizzy, his mouth had a sour taste, and his eyes burned a little. After rubbing them and being able to see clearly, a wave of shock washed over him. He was in… the UA dorms? He quickly searched for his phone, finding the one he'd used years ago, back in his student days. He turned it on, and the date stunned him. It was just three days before that rumor that ruined their entire relationship had spread. "Does that mean you were still his girlfriend…?" was the first thought that crossed his mind. And then it arrived: your good morning message, the one he'd missed so much.

“Good morning, my love! Are you ready yet? I got ready earlier so I could make coffee and wake up properly. I have class with Professor Aizawa soon, and I'm sore from yesterday's training 😓”

She read everything carefully, wondering how long it had been since she'd had a conversation like this with her. Another message arrived, catching her attention:
