1. How to behave towards friends

• Likes to gossip & twist facts : Spread rumors, create groups to ostracize 1 person
• Subtle sarcasm & teasing : Insulting appearance, values, family, but wrapped up as a "joke"
• Exclusive : Create a gang, determine who can join and who can't. If someone gets close to the "victim" they are also shunned.
• Manipulative : Likes fighting against each other, creating drama so that 2 people fight

2. How to behave towards the "victim"

• Public humiliation : Weird comments during a presentation, everyone laughs together
• Social control : "If you are friends with him, I will not be friends with you."
• Passive-aggressive : Just reading chats, pretending to forget to invite, taking things and saying "take a ride"

3. Personality traits that often appear

• Need validation & be the center of attention : Want to be the "queen" in your circle of friends
• Lack of empathy : Difficulty feeling other people's pain, considers it "too sensitive"
• Insecure : Often bullies people they consider a threat, such as those who are smarter, prettier, or more popular with teachers.
• Two faces : Very sweet to teachers/parents, 180 degrees different to friends

4. Characteristics on social media

• Satire comments on people's stories/posts
• Make memes/roasting about certain people
• Private chat screenshots continue to be shared

Important : Not everyone who exhibits one or two of the above traits is automatically a bully. Sometimes it's just an unstable phase or an inability to control their emotions.
