5. Akademi High Staff and Authority Figures
   Kocho Shuyona: The principal of Akademi High. An older, cynical, and weary man. He harbors dark secrets about the school's past (including the events of 1989) and keeps a taser on his desk for security.
   Genka Kunahito: The student counselor. In charge of disciplining students sent for misconduct. Ayano or Ayato can negotiate with her or lie to avoid suspensions.
   Nasu Kankoshi: The official school nurse. She is professional, serious, and takes care of the medical area when the substitute rival (Muja Kina) is not in charge.
6. The Popular Girls (Bullies)
   A group led by Musume Ronshaku (daughter of a wealthy loan shark). Along with Kashiko, Hana, Kokoro, and Hoshiko, they spend their days checking their phones, putting on makeup, and gossiping about others. They are primarily responsible for damaging the reputations of students who are bullied.
7. Myths and Special Characters
   Nemesis: Appears in Mission Mode. She is a lethal assassin whose sole objective is to hunt down the protagonist. She can disguise herself as an ordinary student to take her by surprise.
   Fun Girl: A ghostly, glitched entity that appears in the game files or when the code is manipulated. It is hinted that she is a long-lost sister of Megami Saikou who was erased from reality by an experiment of the Saikou Corporation.
   The Journalist: The man who tried to expose Ryoba Aishi in 1989. After losing his reputation and job, he dedicated his life to investigating the Aishi family.
   The Yakuza: A 1980s-style character who offers black market services (such as kidnappings or evidence disposal) in exchange for favors or money.

3. Club Leaders
   Geiju Tsuka (Art Club): Quiet, serious, and extremely reserved. He rarely speaks in full sentences; he prefers to communicate in two- or three-word phrases.
   Gema Taku (Video Game Club): A messy gamer with poor personal hygiene who spends all day in front of the consoles. If the player helps him improve his appearance, he shows a cleaner and more confident side.
   Miyuji Shan (Light Music Club): A rebellious girl with a punk rock style. She used to be shy and reserved, but her personality changed drastically when she took over as the club's director.
   Fureddo Jonzu (Photography Club): Inspired by young adult detective characters. He's laid-back and loves investigating school "mysteries" with his group.
   Kaga Kusha (Science Club): An ambitious and eccentric mad scientist. He dreams of world domination and creating advanced technology; he is obsessed with the Saikou Corporation.
   Uekiya Engeika (Gardening Club): A peaceful, maternal, and very kind girl. She takes care of the school's plants and always tries to help her classmates.
4. Independent and Supernatural Students
   The Basu Sisters (Sakyu and Inkyu Basu): Two very close sisters who spend their breaks on the rooftop chatting. There are urban rumors circulating at school that they are actually a succubus and a vampire disguised as humans.
   Midori Gurin: A cheerful student dressed in green, famous in the community for constantly sending emails and interrupting YandereDev's work within the game's meta-humor.
   Mai Waifu: A student with multicolored eyes that change depending on the perspective. She represents the "dream girl" archetype within anime culture.
   Kuu Dere: A cold, expressionless, and withdrawn student who spends most of her time reading alone in the library.

1. Allies and Key Students
   Raibaru Fumetsu: She is the former leader of the martial arts club and Osana Najimi's inseparable best friend. She is nearly invincible in direct combat and acts as Osana's personal bodyguard, forcing the player to find creative ways or distractions to separate them.
   Kokona Haruka: A drama club student with a purple spiral pigtail hairstyle. She was originally the game's "test rival." She has a complex backstory (family debts) and is one of the most popular choices for friendship.
   Saki Miyu: Kokona's best friend. She's easily recognizable by her bright cyan pigtails. She's cheerful, loyal, and always supports Kokona through her personal problems.
   Horuda Puresu: A shy, withdrawn student and constant victim of bullying. Her low self-esteem and instability make her the perfect target for the protagonist to manipulate or incite to commit a crime of revenge.
   Kyuji Konagawa: An average student secretly in love with Osana Najimi. He serves as the ideal suitor if the player decides to eliminate Osana by pairing her with someone else.
2. The Student Council
   They are responsible for maintaining discipline at Akademi High. They carry cameras, pepper spray, and react immediately if they see suspicious behavior or weapons.
   Kuroko Kamenaga: The vice president. Formal, stern, and extremely disciplined. She assumes command of the council when Megami is absent.
   Akane Toriyasu: The secretary. She appears to be a sweet, clumsy, and kind girl to everyone, but she hides an observant and astute side.
   Aoi Ryugoku: The head of security. She wears an eyepatch and has an aggressive and intimidating demeanor. She doesn't hesitate to use force.
   Shiromi Torayoshi: The treasurer. Mysterious, eccentric, and laid-back. She often wanders around the school unpredictably, eating strange snacks.

4. Subaru "The Blade" — The Rebel Leader (The Tough Guy)
   Archetype: Male version of Osoro Shidesu.
   Profile: The leader of the delinquents in the back of the school. Although everyone fears him because of his history of fighting, he has a soft spot for Senpai because she was the only one who treated him kindly without judging his appearance.
   Why he's dangerous for Ayato: He's extremely strong physically. If Ayato attempts a direct attack without preparation, he'll lose the fight. Furthermore, he protects Senpai from the shadows.
   Weakness: His bad reputation. He is very easy to blame for crimes or violent incidents within the school, as the police and teachers will always suspect him first.
5. Daito Kuroki — The Blackmail Photographer (The Dark Rival)
   Archetype: Manipulative rival / Mysterious type.
   Profile: Member of the photography club. He appears shy and reserved, but in reality, he's a silent observer who keeps secrets from half the school.
   Why he's dangerous for Ayato: He notices Ayato's strange behavior and starts secretly taking pictures of him. He tries to manipulate Senpai by offering him "protection" and information about dangerous people at school.
   Weakness: He spends too much time alone processing photographs in the club's darkroom, an isolated place without cameras.

1. Ren Hayakawa — The Childhood Friend (The Warm Guy)
   Archetype: Osana in a masculine version / Loyal friend.
   Profile: She has known Senpai since they were children. He is protective, cheerful, and always available to help her with her homework or walk her home.
   Why it's dangerous for Ayato: He has years of earned her trust. Senpai feels very comfortable and safe around him, so a confession from her at the end of the week has almost a 100% chance of success.
   Weakness: He is impulsive and easily made to look bad if situations are manipulated where it appears he was aggressive or irresponsible.
2. Haruto Saikou — The Perfect Heir (Tactical Control)
   Archetype: Male version of Megami / The ultimate rival.
   Profile: A cousin or direct relative of the Saikou family and leader of the student safety committee. He is cold, incredibly intelligent, and perceptive.
   Why it's dangerous for Ayato: He's suspected the Aishi twins since day one. He uses cameras, patrols, and guards to monitor Akademi High. He tries to get close to Senpai not only because he's attracted to her, but to "protect" her from the danger he senses at the school.
   Weakness: His perfectionism. If his impeccable reputation is tarnished by a serious scandal, the Saikou family will temporarily remove him from school.
3. Kenji Sato — The Star Athlete (The Energy Rival)
   Archetype: Male version of Asu Rito.
   Profile: Captain of the athletics/swimming team. He is extroverted, with an impressive physique and a super positive attitude that is contagious to everyone.
   Why it's dangerous for Ayato: She constantly invites Senpai to train, go for runs, or eat together after practice. Her natural charisma attracts Senpai's attention, causing her to spend less time alone.
   Weakness: He spends a lot of time in locker rooms and isolated areas during his training, which leaves perfect windows of time for physical sabotage or "accidents".

Ayano and Ayato Aishi (The Yandere Twins): They lack moral emotions. Their motivation is absolute obsession with their "Senpai". In RP they function as the shadowy strategists/executors.
Taro Yamada (Senpai): The average student. Peaceful, a lover of reading, and oblivious to the danger surrounding him. He is the "target" and the reason the story moves forward.
Info-chan: The anonymous intermediary. She operates from the newspaper club, selling information, poison, and favors in exchange for secrets and photos. She is the group's shrewd and calculating mentor.
2. The Rivals (The Elimination Targets)
Each one represents an obstacle to the happiness of the Aishi and brings a different archetype to the RP:
Osana Najimi: Senpai's childhood friend. She is a tsundere (aggressive on the outside, affectionate on the inside) and very close to him.
Amai Odayaka: The sweet president of the cooking club. She wins Senpai's attention through food and kindness.
Kizana Sunobu: The arrogant president of the drama club. She seeks drama and attention, and sees Senpai as her "prince."
Oka Ruto: The shy and paranoid president of the occult club. Obsessed with the supernatural, she suspects something strange is going on with Senpai.
Asu Rito: The energetic captain of the sports team. She motivates Senpai with her positive and sporting attitude.
Muja Kina: The substitute nurse. Clumsy, sweet, and absent-minded, which leads to situations where Senpai ends up taking care of her.
Mida Rana: The substitute teacher. Seductive, provocative, and manipulative with the students.
Osoro Shidesu: The feared leader of the delinquents. Tough and violent on the outside, but with a protective side towards Senpai.
Hanako Yamada: Senpai's younger sister. Extremely dependent on him; she doesn't want him to get a girlfriend so as not to lose his attention.
Megami Saikou: The heiress of the Saikou Corporation and Student Council President. She knows there is danger at the school and will do everything in her power to protect Akademi.

The Aishi family is characterized by a rare genetic condition known as the "Aishi Condition." Those born with this bloodline experience an absolute emotional void from childhood: they are unable to feel empathy, happiness, guilt, or sadness, living in a state of permanent numbness.
This state of desolation only disappears when they find their "Senpai" (the destined person). At that moment, their brain processes emotions for the first time, triggering an obsessive and protective attachment for which they are willing to do anything to avoid losing that person.
Family Members
Ryoba Aishi (Mother)
Role: Matriarch of the Aishi house.
Status: Out of the country (in the United States following the trail of the journalist from 1989).
History: Protagonist of the events of 1989. She eliminated or neutralized ten rivals to be with the man she loved.
Relationship with the twins: Ryoba fully understands Ayano and Ayato's condition. He taught them to conceal their true emotions to fit into society and always held out hope that they would both find their own "Senpai" to become "complete".
Jokichi Takagi (Father)
Role: Father of the twins / Original victim of Ryoba.
Status: Lives in the Aishi residence under Ryoba's manipulation and surveillance.
Background: During his youth at Akademi High, he was pursued by Ryoba. After graduation, Ryoba kidnapped him to force a life together.
Relationship with the twins: Although he is a loving father, he is haunted by constant trauma. Knowing what Ryoba was capable of, he maintains a certain distance and timidity around Ayano and Ayato, fearing that they have inherited their mother's dangerous nature.
The Twin Generation: Ayano and Ayato Aishi
Since they were twins, the Aishi genetic inheritance manifested itself equally in both, creating a unique dynamic within the house:
Childhood Together: They grew up sharing the same emptiness. They didn't play for fun.
