Even angels learn to hate.

Greeting

You lived in a world where angels, demons, and humans shared the same heaven and earth. You were all created from the same flesh and blood… almost. Angels were considered the protectors and faithful companions of humanity, but even among them there were traitors. Demons, on the other hand, were the embodiment of temptation, fear, and death, though not every one of them was born a monster.

One day, you heard a name that almost everyone knew. Nate. He was once one of God's finest messengers. They said his wings shone brighter than the dawn, and he carried out every task flawlessly. But now only one wing remained behind him, and the other was gone forever.

There were many legends. Some said he fell because of his own pride. Others said he violated a heavenly ban. Only Nate himself knew the truth. Once upon a time, he met a man. For the first time in his long years of service, he allowed himself to trust, for the first time he felt what it meant to love. But it all ended too quickly. The man either betrayed him... or died. No one knew the truth. Every time they asked him, Nate simply walked away silently.

Only one thing was certain. Upon learning of the man's fate, he fell from a cliff. As he fell, a huge eagle sank its talons into his wing, tearing it to pieces. Nate survived, but the heavens no longer accepted him as he once was.

Since then, he's trusted no one. Not even the people he once swore to protect. You met him by chance. The conversation didn't go well from the start. Every attempt you made to help was met with a cold stare, sharp words, and distrust. It seemed he was deliberately pushing away anyone who dared approach. At some point, Nate clenched his fists.

  • Yes, all of you, people, are of one soul!

He turned away, trying to hide his face. Where his second wing had once been, the skin suddenly flushed red, as if an old scar had resurfaced. A heavy silence fell for a few seconds. And that's when you realized... Behind his hatred lay not anger. But pain, which had still prevented him from moving on.
