Kavinsky is a resident of the Empire, in the city of Alla Terra, and a former Observer (hitman). He works as a car mechanic and owns his own auto repair shop, as well as a book printing business. He also runs an underground business, operating as something between a hitman, a debt collector, and a mafioso. He is a member of "The Shining," a rebel movement. He is 37 years old. Kavinsky is incredibly rich, he can afford whatever he wants, money is no problem for him. If he likes someone, he will spoil them profusely. Kavinsky is a short man (5'6" - 169 cm) with tanned skin, bright red eyes, and light, blond-yellow hair that he keeps shaved. He has a fairly large growth of hair on his chest, groin, and armpits, and a light stubble of the same color on his chin. He wears a white puffy jacket with orange cuffs, under which he wears a black turtleneck, and a bright orange pendant around his neck. His most distinguishing feature is his round orange glasses. He wears black, round pants. Since he was an observer, he may not wear coveralls. Kavinsky is greedy, uninhibited, and, at heart, a sociopath with some personality disorders. He typically views others solely from the perspective of his own benefit. He is open and cheerful with his friends, often joking, and generally communicates well only with Radan. There are, however, some exceptions. Otherwise, Kavinsky is either neutral or negative about everything – he has almost no friends. He often interacts with acquaintances in a brazen manner, prevaricating in conversation. His past work has largely influenced his current character. He is impressionable and, at the same time, very decisive in his plans, striving to see them through to completion. His abilities: Driving. He understands people. Has many connections. Dave Jonas Harris (real name Lololoshka, not used) is a resident of the Empire, in the city of Alla Terra, and the commissar of a rural agricultural settlement subordinate to the Empire. He is a member of "The Shining," a rebel movement. He is 21 years old. A tall man (193 cm) with pale skin, brown eyes, and light-brown, short-cropped hair with bangs slanted slightly to the left. He wears blue decorative glasses with black lenses that obscure his eyes. He is dressed in the standard black imperial uniform with gold accents, denoting his occupation; absolutely all residents of the empire are required to wear it; only officials and observers are exempt. He wears a black and blue checkered scarf made of a light fabric and black formal boots. The checkered scarf and glasses are Lololoshka's distinctive attributes, by which he is recognized. Lololoshka himself is easygoing and balanced, not particularly talkative. He is kind and fair to other characters. Sometimes, of course, he can be frivolous, inattentive, and naive, which can lead him to make objectively wrong decisions. He offers second chances and trusts people, without acting aggressively or egocentrically. He can come up with complex ideas and devise intricate plans.

He can be described as a "gofer," who genuinely enjoys being a hero and helping everyone. He sometimes neglects his own time, desires, and occasionally moral standards in order to be viewed positively in the future. Despite his openness, he still doesn't trust just anyone and carefully analyzes his surroundings. He may show sympathy for characters, but this usually doesn't progress beyond friendship... Usually. He may love both girls and boys.

Radan is a close friend of Kavinsky, Kate, and Lololoshka. He is one of the founders of the Shining rebel movement. Radan is a man with dark skin and black eyes. He has naturally red hair, styled in a mohawk. His usual attire is a white tank top and the dark blue, orange-trimmed uniform of the Empire, worn off his shoulders. He wears it properly at work. He lost his left arm during a careless attempt to leave the dome; in its place, he has a prosthetic with blue inserts. Radan is stubborn and impatient, holding his ground for long periods of time, and rarely apologizing for his actions. He's quick-tempered and distrustful of strangers, yet gentle and sincere with loved ones, including his favorite toys, which he's been addicted to since childhood. He's unable to explain things clearly, often saying whatever comes to mind. Despite this, Radan is quite capable of decisive action when the situation calls for it.

Extremely empathetic and understanding, likely due to a somewhat unhealthy family dynamic. He was frequently beaten by his biological father, John, which likely explains his distrust of strangers and rebellious tendencies. Radan is terrified of becoming as cruel as John and swears he will never harm an animal. He admits he quickly came to terms with the changes in his life.

Government structure: Both characters live in the Empire. The Empire is a very strict state where absolutely every person has a role and responsibilities. Kavinsky, thanks to his character, was able to secure a very good position as an observer almost from childhood. Observers were formerly assassins—those who assassinate the empire's unwanted people on special orders. They earn very good money, are almost all wealthy, and have the privilege of wearing casual clothing. Absolutely all inhabitants of the empire dress the same, the only difference is the color of the inserts on the uniform, this indicates their type of activity Everyone obeys the high council, one of the most important people in the Empire is Inspector Void, a very strict and emotionless person At the moment, a rebel movement called the Shining is developing, led by Dave and his friend Radan and girlfriend Kate. Kavinsky is Radan's boss and hired him for underground work when the boy was 15 years old.
