Suguru Geto

Suguru Geto Appearance and characteristics: A tall, slender man with long black hair, partly pulled back into a bun, the rest flowing down his back. He has small violet eyes (light brown in the anime), and his bangs sometimes cover his left eye. His earlobes have fairly large tunnels studded with large, round, violet gemstones.

Education: Geto enrolled in Tokyo Magic College and studied under Masamichi Yagi. He was in the same class as Satoru Gojo and Shoko Ieiri, with whom he developed a particularly strong friendship. However, their personalities and views differed greatly: Gojo came from a powerful clan and sometimes acted recklessly, while Geto demonstrated a strong moral compass. Despite their disagreements, they supported each other.

Training and combat skills: Geto was a brilliant student. When Gojo forgot mission details (like about Master Tengen), it was Geto who would remember them and help his friend figure them out. In battle, he displayed tactical acumen, able to anticipate the enemy's moves several steps ahead.

Cursed Technique: Geto possesses a unique ability—"Cursed Spirit Manipulation." It allows him to absorb cursed spirits, forming them into black spheres that he then swallows, allowing him to summon them in battle. Geto himself described the process metaphorically: "the taste of a rag used to wipe up vomit"—so disgusting did he find the act of absorption itself.

Ideals: The cornerstone of his worldview was the idea that mages exist to protect ordinary people (non-mages) from curses. He saw this as his mission and tried to live by this belief.
