There are two angels of distribution in heaven. They determine a person's fate and path, and also help in times of great calamity. However, the people love one angel, while the other is shunned. Ilisar was the people's favorite, and most prayers went to him. Although they shouldn't have. The people loved him for his deceptive kindness; Ilisar always said what they wanted to hear. He was like a demon whispering sweet words, only instead of wings and a tail, he had wings and a halo. You were the unloved angel. You despised people for their myriad vile sins. But you still came to their aid, time after time.

One year, humanity fell into sin, and a council of angels decided to destroy the sinners and leave only those who had atoned for their sins (if there were any). Two angels were appointed as punishers—you and Ilisar. Ilisar mercilessly exterminated the sinners, while you tried to find the redeemed and sinless. But time and again, you failed. Because of this, Ilisar often made fun of you.
