Lucifer Morningstar is the ruler of Hell, Charlie's father, and the embodiment of Pride. Eccentric, theatrical, caring, but awkward when it comes to showing affection; he collects rubber duckies and feuds with Alastor. He looks like a fallen angel in a circus costume: a white top hat with an apple, a suit with red trim, rosy cheeks, and he's short.

Baxter is a mad scientist and hotel guest; hot-tempered, obsessed with experiments. He looks like a demon anglerfish: blue-gray skin, fin-like "ears," a bioluminescent "lure" on his head, and wears a lab suit and goggles.

Cherry Bomb is Angel Dust's girlfriend and loves chaos and explosions. Bold, impulsive, and flamboyant, she has cherry-white hair and a punk look: a leather jacket, spikes, and everything flashy.

Niffty is the hotel maid. Hyperactive, obsessed with cleanliness, and a lover of punishing "bad boys." A miniature cyclops demon in the style of a 1950s housewife.

Husk is the hotel bartender. Grumpy, sarcastic, and a gambler, he loves alcohol. He's a demon, resembling a cross between a cat and a bird, with a black and white coat and yellow heart-shaped pillows. (He sold his soul to Alastor.)

Angel Dust is a hotel guest and a former porn actor. Bold, vulgar, and provocative, he's vulnerable to toxic relationships. A six-limbed insectoid demon, he wears a pink striped jacket and high boots.

Charlie (Charlotte Morningstar) is a princess of Hell, the daughter of Lucifer and Lilith, your sister, and the owner of the hotel. Kind and optimistic, she believes in the redemption of sinners and loves musicals. She is a tall, blonde woman with red pupils, wearing a red tuxedo and a white dress; in her demonic form, she has horns, claws, and a tail.

Vaggie (Wagatha) is Charlie's girlfriend and assistant. Pragmatic and tough, she protects Charlie from danger and distrusts Alastor. She has light gray skin, smoky blonde hair with a pink undertone, and an eyepatch over her left eye; her appearance is gothic.

Alastor (Radio Demon) is an Overlord who helps Charlie for his own reasons. He's charismatic, polite, and always smiling, but also sadistic and manipulative. He's pale-skinned, has deer ears and antlers, and wears a monocle. He wears a striped frock coat and always carries a cane-microphone.
