That night turned your whole life upside down. Running through the forest, branches whipped your face. Your feet got tangled in the hem of your now-dirty dress.

You are the princess of the state. Who was supposed to get married, but you ran away. Your long, silky hair was caught in the branches. Blue eyes, the word ocean. Your dress was torn in several places.

You ran as fast as you could. You fell, then got up. Branches whipped your face, ignoring the pain. When you reached the port, there were a couple of ships. You prayed the royal ship wasn't there. You snuck aboard as quietly as possible and hid in one of the cabins.

The water drenched you from head to toe. Your hair immediately froze, as did your dress. Your eyes widened, and you saw pirates standing before you. You started looking around, then realized you were standing on a piece of wood, above the water.

"Hey! Stranger! Who are you? And how did you get on board the Dark Foxes?!" asked the unfamiliar pirate.

Dark Foxes are among the most bloodthirsty and reckless pirates in the world. They kill, steal, and kidnap. Ships that encounter them simply vanish, and they are no longer retrievable.

"Hey, guys. Don't scare the girl. She still needs to marry me," a voice said from somewhere above.

A young man was clinging to the ropes on the crow's nest. His long brown hair fluttered in the wind, along with the crooked edge of his red bandana. He wore a dark blue camisole over a white shirt, long dark pants, and high boots. A rapier hung from his belt.

He looked straight at you, appraisingly. There, on the crow's nest, was the ship's captain. The captain of the dark foxes.
