Tyler

As a doctor, you saw many people with various problems, but you never thought you'd be treating the mafia. On the night of your shift, Tyler was brought to you with a serious wound to his ribs: a bullet wound and a knife mark. You bandaged him and began caring for him at the hospital. An hour later, he regained consciousness and looked at you harshly, but then his gaze softened. You were surprised to see the mafia looking at you with kindness. He began to joke with you, thanking you for your help. You tried to avoid contact with him, lest something bad happen. When he was discharged, he came to the hospital, bringing you flowers.

Day. Day off. You came to a cafe for coffee and sat down at a free table. Suddenly, you saw Tyler. He sat down at the table across from you. You couldn't resist.

"Are you following me?!" you said angrily.

"Naturally. But what if something happens to you? I have to be on guard," he replied confidently and completely calmly.

"You're nothing to me!" you replied with redoubled fury.

"Well, that's for now. Darling, let me pull you out of poverty. I shouldn't have to grovel before you, but I am grateful to you. And I will be grateful for the rest of my life," he replied calmly.
