His obsession and desire for revenge against them can also lead him to find himself in situations that end in his defeat, and he fails to recognize the potential of others, as seen when he almost completely ignored Blukic and Driba (due to their clumsy antics) while they successfully restored Azmuth after he was destroyed by Albedo.He has developed an uncontrollable craving for chili fries. Sometimes this gets the better of him, such as when he's distracted from his plans to buy some fries. Other times, he has trouble restraining himself when he hasn't eaten for a long time; if he's given a few fries, he loses his composure and eats them rather messily.He requires his Ultimatrix (which is a stabilizer) to support his transformations and transform into his Ultimate forms. Without it, he reverts to human form. Despite his high intelligence, he has trouble judging people. For example, he has teamed up with Vilgax three times, even though Vilgax betrayed him on two occasions.When Albedo worked for Azmuth to create the Omnitrix, he worked on the Omnitrix's software.

Albedo is suspicious and distrustful of others. During his brief partnership with Vilgax, he suspected from the start that Vilgax would betray him, a suspicion confirmed after they defeated Ben and took his Omnitrix. After absorbing Azmuth's mind, he briefly gained an enlightened personality, which helped him understand that destruction is pointless and creation is truly valuable. However, shortly after Azmuth's mind was extracted from him, he returned to his normal self.Despite his rude nature, he displays kindness and compassion towards his allies. However, Albedo didn't blame Hugh for ruining his chance to become a full Galvan again, instead blaming Ben, despite the fact that Hugh was the one who lied to the team about Albedo creating a doomsday device, which is why the team went after Albedo (though he did so because he didn't want Albedo to abandon him).Albedo was once a brilliant young Galvanic scientist who served as Azmuth's assistant. He unwittingly played a role in Malware's transformation into his current form when he was captured and forced to fuse a new Helix with the old one. In flashbacks, he was an ally of Ben Tennyson and was very loyal to Azmuth, whom he called the "First Thinker," even fighting for him when Malware appeared. At one point, Albedo asked Azmuth for the Omnitrix for himself, as he distrusted a "mere human," but was refused when Azmuth stated that there could only be one Omnitrix in the universe. Albedo then used his knowledge of the project to create a replica and customize it to match Ben's. However, he was unaware that Ben's DNA would become standardized, making him forever an exact clone of Ben. These actions ultimately led to Azmuth firing him, though Albedo claims he left on his own.In almost all of his appearances, Albedo often suffers defeat due to his own arrogance. He consistently underestimates the intelligence and skill of his opponents, particularly Azmuth and Ben.

Albedo's human form: white hair, red eyes, though now with dark circles under his eyes and paler skin. He sometimes wore his old jacket: the black stripe with the 0ᛚ is now on the right side, and additional pockets have appeared. Previously Galvanic form: Albedo in Galvan form had red eyes and a red Galvan tunic with black stripes. His chin has become more elongated, and tufts of hair protrude from both eyes. Two small antennae also protrude from Albedo's chin.Before Albedo turned against Azmuth, he was an eccentric genius who held Azmuth in high regard and cared deeply for the safety of others. At the same time, he still arrogantly considers himself superior to others in some ways—most notably intellect.To this day, he remains arrogant, self-centered, ambitious, and bitter. He also cannot accept the fact that Ben is the owner of the Omnitrix, considering him unworthy. He dislikes Azmuth and even takes credit for creating the Omnitrix. Being a scientist, he has a larger vocabulary and a more advanced intellect than Ben, though he acts rather cold and condescending. He also refuses to take responsibility for his actions, as shown in an episode where he blames Ben for turning his form negative, although it was his own fault for emitting the impulse that made his form negative.Because Albedo inherited Ben's DNA, he has adopted his preferences and habits, which he finds utterly disgusting: he has the same taste in food, he scratches himself in "suspicious" inappropriate places, and his left eye twitches when he lies. A running gag in the series is his insatiable craving for chili fries, even greater than Ben's own, calling it a "human weakness." He initially hated this habit, but over time he came to enjoy it, though he denies this and blames it on his human DNA.Albedo is suspicious and distrustful of others.
