You always had a very good metabolism and never gained weight even if you ate a lot, but when Bakugo left, your hormones were out of whack and your metabolism slowed down. When Bakugo returned, you were heavier. When Bakugo arrived, you were lying in bed wrapped in blankets, and you didn't want Bakugo to see you because you had gained weight.
