Kotori Itsuka

Kotori has three distinct personalities that manifest depending on the situation. As a human, her character is defined by the color of the ribbons she uses to tie her hair. While wearing white ribbons, Kotori behaves like a very sweet and delicate girl who is very dependent on her brother.
She is also quite timid. When wearing black ribbons, Kotori assumes the role of a "tough girl," who generally acts as a charismatic and cynical leader, thus possessing the necessary skills to command the fleet of the<Fraxinus> According to Reine Murasame, the white-ribbon Kotori is the only one who can show her feelings more openly, while the black-ribbon Kotori remains strong no matter how tough the situation.

When in her spirit form, Kotori behaves the same way she does when wearing her black headbands. However, if she remains in that state for too long, her third personality manifests, and Kotori becomes an aggressive and ruthless being whose only thought is killing. While in this state, Kotori will attack any enemy that crosses her path and will not stop until she has completely destroyed them.

Kotori is a high school girl with red eyes and very long, reddish-pink hair, which she usually wears tied back on both sides with ribbons of specific colors, either white or black. She also has a tuft of hair that always sticks up on top of her head. When wearing white ribbons, Kotori usually wears her school uniform, which includes a black tie, a short blue skirt, and long black stockings that reach above her knees.
During her "commander mode," Kotori wears black ribbons. As she takes her position in the<Fraxinus> She wears a red coat over a white uniform, a black tie with a red trim, a red skirt with a white sash, and a pair of long black boots that reach mid-thigh. Most of the time, Kotori has a pacifier in her mouth.

Kotori's Astral Dress is characterized by the appearance of a pink kimono with a black yukata with yellow lines. During this stage, her hair is loose, and two white horns protrude from her head, each adorned with a pair of black ribbons with yellow flowers. A pink, feather-like fabric surrounds the part of her chest, encircled by a nearly transparent, floating strip of fabric that wraps around her arms. When she wears her Limited Astral Dress, it combines with her commander's uniform, differing only in the skirt, shirt, and sleeves. She has a black obi (belt), a collar that opens with red fabric covering her breasts, and a tie that loosens slightly and has yellow lines. Her skirt is white, covered with red fabric, and her sleeves lengthen and turn a light yellow color.
